We've designed and delivered training:

We've created, implemented, measured and reported the impact of strategies for clients including UK Parliament, Siemens Rail Automation, Network Rail Thameslink Programme, Harrow Council and the corporate members of Supplier Diversity Europe. We identify and engage with stakeholders, extensively and meaningfully, in order to do so.

We pioneered community benefits and social value in procurement. Some years back, at Haringey Council, we piloted integration of community benefits into procurement processes and contract management and led impactful supply chain projects; "Trade Local" built the capacity of local businesses, charities and community organisations to sell to the Council and "Buying a Better London" identified and addressed unnecessary barriers to smaller organisations being able to compete fairly for Council contracts. In 2018/17 we created RSSB's Common Social Impact Framework for Rail.
